Fish in Tamarind Sauce

3-4 pieces of Fish fillets
1/2 teaspoon Nigella seeds
2 teaspoon Tamarind paste
2 teaspoon Mustard paste
3 sliced Green chilly
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Mustard oil
1/2 teaspoon Tumeric
1/2 teaspoon Chilly powder

First, lightly fry the fish in mustard oil along with nigella seeds. As the fish is frying, make a paste of tamarind, mustard paste, sugar, turmeric and chilly in one cup of hot water. Add the mixture along with the green chillies. Cover and boil for another 10 minutes in medium heat.

Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve with hot steaming rice.
